From a certain yacht size or even with high-quality smaller yachts, the preparation of a professional sales exposé is a matter of course in the intention to sell. The sales-promoting effect of a professionally prepared exposé is enormous. If the yacht to be sold is far away from the mentioned buyer's market, the readiness to visit can be significantly increased if there is a meaningful exposé. 

On request, the exposé I offer can also contain elements of the classic pre-purchase survey report and a valuation in a shortened, understandable and attractive form. The positive and attractive presentation of the yacht with mention of its strengths is in the foreground, but relevant defects are not concealed. 

The number of photos is comparatively high. For the preparation of very good photos of yachts, especially in the interior, worth a professional approach. Depending on the condition found, the local options and the budget, further cleaning and polishing measures may be advisable. The procurement of, for example, a fruit bowl or a floral bouquet, depending on the type of yacht, may be useful to create a welcoming atmosphere in rooms. A key factor is the creation of good light and the correction when using super wide-angle optics. I use several photolamps and unleashed flash systems as needed.
